April 5, 2008 Chapter D Gathering

Due to warm temperatures several people arrived on bikes, including new members Tom & Pam Kallio.  Dee & Roger Miller were welcomed back from Arizona where they camped for 3 months in their toy hauler.  Today was the spring officer meeting so assistant CD Sue Hickman ran the meeting.  Jim Lash, rider educator discussed the upcoming CPR/first aid class which is now scheduled for April 19th.  He also discussed "T Clock" and other things people need to think about getting ready for spring riding.
Our new Chapter COY (couple of the year) Kay & Steve Schanzenbaker were introduced to everyone, those who made it to the anniversary party already knew.  Kay is our ride co-coordinator and discussed our first ride (which happens before the May chapter gathering).

The Mission prize was donated by Jim & Anna Munson and won by Bob & Phyllis Dixon.  50/50 winners were Bob Dixon, Wendell Nielsen and Tom Kallio
