Chapter F2 Overview
Our Chapter meets at 6:00 PM on the 2nd Sunday of the month at the VFW Hall Post 4087 in Davison, Lapeer and S. State Road (corner on I-69 & M-15).
The Chapter has a dinner ride every Thursday night. During the summer month, we meet on our bikes at Meijers on Center Road at 5:30 PM and ride to a different restaurant. During the bad weather (winter), we meet at the restaurant at 5:30 PM. The destinations
chapter monitors channel 1 on the CB. If in doubt, please check with one of our Road Captains in advance.
During the Winter months we like to support the VFW Post by partaking in their spaghetti dinner on the 3rd Friday of the month @
The Chapter started 16 years ago and continues to grow. We are based in Davison Michigan, but encompass a big part of Genesee County. There are members from Swart Creek, Flushing, Grand Blanc, Flint, Columbiaville, Owosso, Otisville and Burton. If you have been a member of another chapter and would like to join us - we would love to have you in our family. There are other chapters in the area and we would be happy to help you find one that is the closest to your home. If you are new to the Gold Wing Road Riders Association, or are considering joining us, please introduce yourself and feel free to ask us for more info.
Chapter F2 was formed on October 13, 1990 after a spin-off from its mother chapter, Chapter K of Flint.
On October 28, 1990 the members met at Players Inn on N. State Road in Davison for the official kickoff of the new chapter.

The Chapter has been involved in Many Bike Shows and parades. We have help raise funds for MDA and the Old News Boys. In 1992, we made all the rallies in Region D and attended Wing Ding. We were the first Michigan Chapter to travel to Ohio Chapter O and get the Region D Traveling Plaque. We had the I-69 Corridor Run with B2 and E2.
One of the great successes for a fund raiser was the sweatshirts we were selling with the Michigan map to support the chapter.
We also started a Burger King Cruise Night in Davison that has done very well. We have dinner rides every Thursday night, with chapter meetings on the 2nd Sunday of the month. We participate in the Midnight Run, Rolling Thunder, and have an "Anniversary Party / Picnic". We have also started the "Wingless Ice Cream Run" that is held on the 2nd Sunday of February after our Membership Meeting.
