I didn't know there was a Gold Wing chapter here in Alpena! Good work! Surrounded by friends with Harley Davidsons, I remain glad to own my ancient Gold Wing, which begins its 25th year of service next week. I use it from spring through fall as my go-to-work transportation. I'm the guy riding the circuit in my law practice in his suit and tie. This old bike is the fourth I've owned - the first was a 1976 GL1000, which I bought in 1980, and then a 1978, a 1982, and then this 1983. Lots of miles, lots of stress relief!

Thanks for running this interesting site! I believe my daughter Stefanie knows your son Brad, who is an impressive young man...
