Hello Everyone,

My recuperation from the knee replacement is going fine. I am almost at the end of my physical therapy, but still have to do some home exercise. I don't know when I will be able to ride since I have to be sure my knee is strong enough to support the weight of the bike.

At this moment it is snowing outside and I thought spring weather would be here. I have been enjoying watching basketball though.

Just a reminder that last months newsletter had information regarding the dates and locations of the Rider Education classes being taught. Also, please remember to check your riding gear, and check your bike out to make sure everything is working and that your fluid levels are ok. Maybe some of you are already enjoying your riding, so I hope you all have a safe riding season.

I'm sorry that I won't be at this months meeting because I will be attending the Spring Officer's meeting in Bay City. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again in May.

Yours, Terry Chapter Rider Educator

Hello all,

We have been busy since we last seen you. First we met up with Ken Springer, Bill & Jody Nagy, and Mike & Grace Weiss up in Houlton Lake. Chapter Y had the traveling plaque but Chapter P came to the gathering, so they got the plaque. Bob said that he is wondering if is a curse that the Chapter K directors can't go after the plaque. We will have to see if the directors are cursed or not.

We also went to Chapter E's Anniversary Party. George & Judy Bowren were there too. We had a ready good time. The meal was ready good. Their theme was Hobo and there were a lot of people who dressed up. A member from Chapter S2 won the door prize. Boy was he surprised when they show him a real car door to take home with him. He also won 2 tickets to next years Chapter E Anniversary party.

We will not be able to attend the gathering on Sunday we have to be at the officers meeting in Bay City. Bob Dennis has agreed to take over the chapter gathering for us. We would like to thank Bob in advance for doing this for us.

We are hoping that everyone will remember to purchase their tickets for the Anniversary Party. The anniversary Party is going to be held on Saturday April 26 at 5pm with dinner at 6pm. The cost is $10 per person and a dish to pass.
Remember this is the only event that the chapter puts on for the year and we are hoping to see you all there.

I would like to thank the member that sent us the joke for this months newsletter. So until the
Anniversary party, be safe.
