A Tale to Tell ~
Dick & Jean Wynsma
Another August midnight ride week-end has come & gone. What a
great time of the year for a mini vacation.
One of the things I really like about Chapter O is that “Just
because we all like being members of Chapter O, it doesn’t mean
we all have the same interests outside of the enjoyment of
riding on 2 or 3 wheels and the pleasure of being with a great
bunch of friends! And because we, as individuals, do have
different interests, when an occasion comes up and you what do
your own thing, it is totally accepted without hard feelings.
Then at the end of the day we can all tell of our adventures.
A
good example was this Midnight Ride Weekend. Some rode up on the
week before, some Thursday AM and some on Thursday PM, some on
Friday AM and some rode up on the actual ride. Some stayed in
Mackinaw some stayed in St. Ignace, some elsewhere. But all had
a great time.
There are a
lot of very short tales, so let’s get started.

Weekly Dinner Rides
We ride every Wednesday,
April through October.
We leave from the Allendale High School parking lot at 6:30pm.
The address is 10760 68th Street, Allendale, MI.

 The
"Lake Shore Wings" are located in Holland,
Michigan on the shore of Lake Michigan.
Our area is beautiful with winding roads framed with beautiful
woodlands and sandy beaches.
Experience Michigan living at its very best. A community whose rich
Dutch heritage and multi-cultural composition is reflected in our
annual festivals, events, shops and special exhibits, and home to an
amazing array of recreational opportunities, Holland attracts millions
of visitors each year. One of our areas most exciting time of the year
is our "Tulip Time
Festival". It's fun for the whole family so grab your family
and join us in our yearly celebration.
November thru March we meet 1st & 3rd Wednesdays at 6:15 for dinner or, if you
prefer, for just coffee and dessert at 7:00 PM. These meetings will be at
