Hi Jennifer, To answer your question there is no cost to the Chapters if you use the District's Service provider. What you saw is one of the free website providers on the web that a Chapter chose to use. We just provide a link to their site. The catch is they will spam your site with all sorts of advertisement. That's how they make money. The only cost might be software to create your webpage with. Most people use Microsoft FrontPage. As far as a website I could create a one page web for your chapter if you send me the information. Once that's done all you have to do is update any changes. This is what I would need to get started. A list of names of your Staff with email addresses and pictures if you want them. Directions on where you have your meetings and a map. A brief history on your Chapter and maybe something like a personal note from you and Roland. That's all I would need to get started. From that point you could learn how to update it and add to it. Just think you'll be the first in your section to have one. Good to be out front!!
